We are a busy team looking for a project support team member, who will ensure a smooth-running facility bringing support & organisational experience to the team.

Main Duties & Responsibilities 

Administrative tasks:

  • Open up & close daily
  • Maintain design studio
  • Process new projects into management programmes
  • Track project progress
  • Distributing project updates and information
  • Track new project inquiries & input to systems
  • Assisting in developing project plans and timelines
  • Tracking project progress against milestones
  • Identifying potential risks and issues, escalating as needed
  • Maintaining project databases and reporting systems
  • Work with the group team to ensure all business needs are being monitored
  • Attend team meetings
  • Participate in digitalisation of the business

Required skills for a project support role

To be successful in this role, you should exhibit experience in Project Support or Customer Service based experience, minimum of 3 years. Be process driven, controlled under pressure and importantly a team player for the delivery of a very demanding sector of manufacturing. The ability to multi-task in a complex and demanding environment and have the ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with a range of people (both internally and externally).

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • The ability to effectively take direction and work both collaboratively and autonomously
  • A penchant for details and organisation, including the ability to prioritise tasks, communicate progress and meet deadlines
