What to expect when working with Wentwood Kitchens
Introductory Call
We invite anyone interested in a Wentwood Kitchen to get in touch. Either use our contact form or give us a call. During our initial call, we will get to know each other and find out if we can help you. This call is just a way for us to get to know you and discuss an overview of your project and what you are looking to achieve.
If we can help with your requirements, we will invite you to book an initial “Consultation appointment” in person at our design studio to look in more detail at your project.
Initial Consultation
Proposal & Estimate
We value clarity with all of our clients and provide an initial consultation followed by our proposal and estimate, free of charge. Included within this service are the following:
Initial consultation at our Norfolk-based Design Studio.
Follow-up meeting to present our proposal.

Confirmation
Deposit & Payment Terms
Following your initial consultation and upon receipt of your initial proposal and estimate, we require a 5% deposit to proceed further into the design process and confirm your project.
5% Deposit – We take a 5% Deposit (up to £500) to confirm your project with Wentwood Kitchens and our commitment to one another.
1st Installment – 80% instalment (inclusive of deposit payment) is due on approval of drawings to proceed into the manufacture
2nd Installment – 20% remaining balance is due on installation.
Site Survey & Design Approval
A site survey is booked approximately 4 weeks before the start of your scheduled manufacture slot.
At this appointment, we visit the site to survey the room and take all dimensional information required to produce your drawings for approval.
Manufacture
On receipt of your signed approval and 80% manufacture instalment, we immediately set the wheels in motion and manufacture has begun!
Installation & Completion
The day has finally arrived, all your hard work has paid off and your new kitchen is just around the corner!
Installation dates are usually set at the point the main manufacture is complete and is entering the finishing stages (spray-painting etc.)
Confirmation will be sent along with anything you may need to know for our installation.
